Some children begin reading at 3 years old, and others at 4 or even later and that’s perfectly okay! Every child learns at their own pace.

Sion is starting to show interest in reading now, and we’re so happy to see his curiosity growing! The most important thing is to guide children gently and give them a fun, supportive environment with lots of good books and reading materials.

いつから子どもは読み始めるの？

子どもによって読み始める時期はさまざまです。3歳の頃に読むことに興味をもつ子もいれば、4歳、またはもっと後から始める子もいます。

シオンくんも今、少しずつ読みの世界に興味をもちはじめています！大切なのは、あせらずに優しく見守りながら、楽しい環境やよい教材を用意してあげることです。

子どもたちが「読むことって楽しい！」と感じられるように、一歩ずつ成長を応援していきましょう!
